Responsibilities

• comprehensive car body repair of various brands
• detect damage and diagnose parts that need repair
• body work
• welding of steel, aluminum and composite materials
• application of sealants and anti-corrosion products.
• straightening, repairing or replacing damaged bodywork
• preparing the surface for final painting: applying primers, sandblasting, filling holes and scratches, masking, leveling the surface
• preparing the surface for painting
• cooperation with employees of other workshop departments

• working hours 8.30am-5.00pm

In-demand competencies

• min. 2 years of work experience as a car tinsmith
• ability to diagnose faults
• welding skill
• accuracy and precision in performing duties
• good English

we offer

• employment on Belgian conditions
• guaranteed 40 hours of work a week

• rate: €16.27-19 gross/h  (hourly rate depends on experience)
• salary paid weekly – €430-550 net
• holiday allowance – on a worked year, approx. €5,000 – 5,840 gross (15.38% of annual gross earnings)
• annual bonus – on the scale of worked year approx. 2700 – 3150 € gross (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided working a minimum of 65 days in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year
• possibility to use company accommodation – €95/week (double room), €145/week (single room)
• possibility to purchase additional health insurance – 9 euros per month.
• possibility to switch to a permanent contract with the employer (benefits: hospital insurance, pension insurance, food vouchers after an annual period of employment for the amount of 7 € / day at work)
