For our client – a French company that specializes in the production of high-performance composite technical parts (tanks, boiler or pressure equipment, linings) manufactured through the process of winding glass and carbon fibers and epoxy resin, we are looking for people for the position:
Assembly team leader
Workplace: Vendée, France
Accommodation: organized
- supervision of the assembly process and production of high-performance composite technical parts (i.e. tanks, boiler or pressure equipment, linings) manufactured through the process of winding glass, carbon fibers and epoxy resin
- team coordination
- taking care of the quality of work
- ensuring occupational health and safety
- preparing reports on production progress
- ensuring the effective implementation of the production process in accordance with standards
- experience working in a similar position
- knowledge of the production process and quality standards
- knowledge of English or French
- ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- ability to make decisions and solve problems
- communicativeness and good work organization
- driving license category B
- employment on French terms
- salary 2200-2800€ net/month – depending on experience
- 10% holiday bonus
- 10% bonus under the temporary employment contract
- guaranteed 39 hours of work per week
- free accommodation close to the workplace
