Job description:

• works related to maintaining the production of reinforcement wire

• close cooperation with production manager and technical manager
• detection and preliminary analysis of technical faults and consulting them with the supervisor
• coordinating the work of a team of foreign employees and other subordinate departments
• accepting shipments and helping to load trucks and carrying out cargo inspections
• day shift work, willingness to work overtime and possibly in shifts

• employment on Belgian conditions

• rate negotiable depending on experience 
• holiday allowance – on the scale of the worked year, it can amount to approx. € 4,300 gross (15.38% of annual gross earnings)
• annual bonus – on the scale of the year worked, which can amount to approx. € 2,350 gross (8.30% of annual gross earnings) – provided that you have worked a minimum of 65 days in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year
• guaranteed 40 hours of work per week
• help in completing formalities related to departure
• the care of the Polish coordinator
• possibility to use company accommodation – 95 € / 145 –  week
• possibility to purchase additional health insurance – €8.3 per month

Requirements:

• experience as a production leader is welcome  in the metallurgical industry  

• technical education, ability to detect faults
• forklift experience (no certification required)
• experience in operating a crane
• communicative knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of Romanian will be an advantage
• VCA certificate is welcome
• no health contraindications to work in the metallurgical industry (dust, noise)
• resistance to stress
