Scope of duties

• preparing doughs and mixes according to given recipes
• shaping and baking various types of bread and pastries (bread, rolls, croissants, etc.)
• creating special-order products, such as gluten-free or vegan baked goods
• decorating cakes and pastries
• operating bakery machines, equipment, and ovens
• quality control of baked products in accordance with standards
• maintaining cleanliness and following health & safety regulations
• working night shifts: during the week starting at 00:30, and from Friday to Saturday starting at 23:30

Required Skills

• at least 1 year of experience as a baker
• knowledge of various types of dough and baking techniques
• ability to operate bakery equipment
• reliability, commitment, and willingness to work
• readiness to work night shifts
• German language at A2 level
