Scope of responsibilities

• Preparing and serving beverages: from aperitifs to digestifs (mocktails, cocktails, specialty coffees, wines, etc.)
• Preparing the workstation before the start of the shift
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstation
• Welcoming guests at the bar, creating a positive atmosphere
• Collaborating with the dining room and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
• Replenishing stock and controlling inventory
• Complying with HACCP principles
• Communication and cooperation between the dining room, kitchen, and bar teams

Sought-after competences

• Several years of experience as a bartender/barmaid in a restaurant
• Good command of English
• Category B driving license required
• Knowledge of alcohol, cocktails, and mocktails (wine knowledge is a plus)
• High personal culture
• Stress resistance and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of HACCP principles

We offer

• Contract on Belgian terms

• 38 hours per week
• Weekly pay
• Gross rate: €15.30/h – €17.30/h(Sunday work allowance: +€2/h)
• Approx. €480 net per week (without deduction of accommodation costs)
• Possibility of working during the day; Evening shifts are possible for events.
• Possibility of working weekends if events are taking place.
• Occasional overtime.
• Holiday bonus – 15.38% of gross annual earnings.
• Annual bonus – 8.33% of gross annual earnings – provided you work at least 65 days between July of the current year and June of the following year.
• Possibility of using company accommodation (double room: €130/week, single room: €160/week).
