Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish baseline schedules, project milestones, and critical paths.
• Work closely with project teams to develop realistic construction programmes and execution schedules.
• Ensure schedules accurately reflect the project scope, available resources, and construction sequencing.
• Monitor progress against approved schedules and identify potential risks and delays.
• Analyse the impact of design changes, project variations, and unforeseen events on the project schedule.
• Support the preparation of recovery schedules and delay mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and update short-term look-ahead schedules and project progress reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project stakeholders to obtain schedule updates and maintain accurate planning information.

Required Skills

 

• Degree or professional qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Site Planner, Project Planner, or Planning Engineer within the construction or engineering industry.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience in developing and managing construction schedules.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, work sequencing, and project delivery processes.
• Ability to analyse schedule performance and identify project risks.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
• At least a communicative level of English.

Preferred:

• Experience on data centre, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or industrial projects.
• Experience within the electrical industry.
• Experience working on international projects.
