Scope of responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the subcontractor’s team of employees on site
• Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Planning daily work activities and effectively assigning employees
• Monitoring performance and achieving schedule milestones
• Conducting daily on-the-job training and safety briefings
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety and quality requirements
• Collaborating with the General Contractor, Client representatives, and other subcontractors
• Identifying and resolving construction issues before they impact schedule or quality
• Managing materials, tools, and equipment necessary for daily operations
• Inspecting completed work and promptly correcting defects
• Reporting daily progress and any delays to the Project Manager
• ensuring that employees have the required passes, training, and certificates
• supporting start-up and handover activities, as needed

Sought-after competences

• Electrical qualifications
• At least 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry
• Prior experience leading teams on large construction projects
• Good knowledge of construction sequencing and work coordination
• Ability to read drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of work permit systems and construction safety requirements

Preferred:

• Experience in data center, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or industrial projects
• Experience in the electrical industry
• Experience in international projects
