Responsibilities

• supervision over the proper functioning of a shift/group (4 people)
  
• motivating and coordinating the activities of your team and organizing tasks so that they are carried out on time and efficiently
  
• performing various earthworks and general pipe-laying work on projects in the Antwerp region
  
• work in one shift (day shift)

• guaranteed 40 hours a week, overtime paid 150%
• €16.14/h-€20.27 gross/h (depending on experience)
• salary paid €440-€550 net per week

• annual bonus – on the scale of the year worked, it will amount to approx. € 2,315-2,590 gross (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that a minimum of 65 days has been worked in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year
