Cable and Pipeline Foreman (Energy)

- supervision over the proper functioning of a shift/group (4 people)
- motivating and coordinating the activities of your team and organizing tasks so that they are carried out on time and efficiently
- performing various earthworks and general pipe-laying work on projects in the Antwerp region
- work in one shift (day shift)
- experience in a similar position min. 2 years
- communicative knowledge of English or French
- ready to work in different locations
- autonomy and reliability
- driving license cat. B
- VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- flexibility, accuracy
- employment on Belgian conditions
- guaranteed 40 hours a week, overtime paid 150%
- €16.14/h-€20.27 gross/h (depending on experience)
- salary paid €440-€550 net per week
- work in one shift (day)
- holiday allowance – 15.38% of gross annual earnings
- accommodation 95€/week (double room) 145€/week (single room)
- possibility to buy additional health insurance – 9€ per month
- reimbursement of travel costs up to € 150 (based on submitted receipts
- possibility to switch to a permanent contract after 11 months of work
- holiday allowance – on the scale of the year worked, it will amount to approx. € 4,275-4,780 gross (15.38% of annual gross earnings)
- annual bonus – on the scale of the year worked, it will amount to approx. € 2,315-2,590 gross (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that a minimum of 65 days has been worked in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year
