Scope of responsibilities

• Repair and regeneration of bodywork after collisions

• Diagnosis and removal of bodywork damage

• Disassembly and replacement of damaged components

• Processing of metal, plastics, and other materials

• Work using techniques: welding, bending, and filler (welding skills are a plus)

• Ensuring the vehicle’s operability and safety after repair

• Compliance with quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations

• Documentation of work performed

Sought-after competences

• Experience as a car body repairer

• Ability to repair bodywork and work with body tools

• Welding skills are a plus

• Basic knowledge of technical drawing

• Knowledge of English

• Knowledge of German is a plus

• Driving license and car required

• Accuracy and ability to work independently

We offer

• Contract on German terms

  Salary:

  • €3,000 net in the first 4 weeks

  • €3,100 net from the 7th month

• Gross rate:

  • €14.91/h starting immediately

  • €15.35/h from February 1, 2026

• bonus for consecutive months of work:

  • €25 after 3 months

  • €200 after 6 months

  • €100 after 12 months

  • €200 for referring an employee

• Vacation and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the schedule and after the trial period.

  • Mon-Thurs: 7:00 AM – 4:25 PM

  • Fri: 7:00 AM – 1:25 PM
