Scope of Duties

• production and assembly of wooden components for house construction
• manufacturing of wooden elements and structures according to technical drawings and construction plans
• performing dimensional checks and quality control of produced components
• independently cutting wooden elements to size
• operating modern machines, tools, and production technologies
• ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production standards
• close cooperation with the production team to achieve common goals

Required Skills

• completed vocational training as a carpenter or comparable qualifications
• experience in woodworking and production of wooden components
• proficiency in using carpentry tools
• ability to read technical drawings
• accuracy and precision in performing tasks
• knowledge of the German language – mandatory
• category B driving license and own car

We offer

• employment contract under German conditions
• long-term employment
• hourly wage: €14.91 gross
  bonus: €25 (after three months of employment)

• monthly salary: approx. €2,900 net
• holiday and Christmas bonuses paid according to the tariff and after the probation period:
  • first year: €230 gross
  • second year: €320 gross
  • following years: €420 gross
• accommodation: €600/month
