Responsibilities

• work in a hotel restaurant specializing in German, Silesian, Italian and American cuisine
• preparing high-quality dishes according to recipes, includingà la carte dishes,daily menu and catering
• ensuring a high standard of quality and aesthetics of dishes
• work in accordance with applicable health and safety standards work in a shift system, most often afternoon shifts from 13:00/14:00/15:00

Wanted competences

• extensive experience as a chef
• knowledge of German, Silesian, Italian or American cuisine
• ability to work in a team and quickly adapt to changing conditions
• knowledge of German at B1/B2 level
• driving license category B and own car
