Scope of duties

• preparing and presenting menu items

• maintaining high culinary standards and consistency of food quality
• working with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
• ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• managing stock and liaising with suppliers as required

Wanted competences

• minimum 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie or similar position
• catering education or relevant certificates preferred
• ability to work in a dynamic environment with attention to detail
• good communication and teamwork skills
• flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends
• communicative knowledge of English
• driving license category B

• guaranteed working hours: 30h off-season (April), minimum 38h in season (May – September)
