Scope of duties

• Prepare and present an extensive menu including a signature burger, fresh seafood and delicious vegetarian options
• Maintain high culinary standards and consistency of food quality
• Work with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
• Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers

Wanted competences

• gastronomic education
• min. 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie or similar
• communicative knowledge of English
• ability to work in a fast-changing environment while maintaining attention to detail
• good communication and teamwork
• flexibility in terms of working in different shifts, including evenings and weekends
• driving license category B
