Scope of responsibilities

• Preparing and serving menu items (snacks, simple bistro dishes, various nachos)
• Ensuring speed and consistency of dishes during busy times
• Managing a small kitchen team composed primarily of young employees
• Motivating the team and ensuring adherence to recipes and food preparation standards
• Planning and monitoring inventory levels and placing orders with suppliers
• Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Supervising compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations in the kitchen
• Improvising and finding quick solutions while working in a small, busy kitchen

Sought-after competences

• Vocational education
• Experience in a similar position as a Chef de Partie/Kitchen Manager
• Good command of English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork
• Category B driving license

• Rate (excluding tips): €18.60 gross/hour – includes holiday and vacation pay.
