Scope of responsibilities

• operating and setting up CNC grinders according to order documentation
• performing minor maintenance and machine inspections
• producing and machining rotary discs (primarily for nozzles)
• configuring machines according to production requirements
• changing tools in machines – often multiple tools at once
• manual measurements using microscopes – checking compliance with tolerances and making any necessary corrections
• monitoring machine operation and making necessary corrections
• quality control of finished parts
• working in a large-scale production system
• sorting finished products into crates and placing them on transport vehicles
• after the implementation period – operating two machines simultaneously
• approximately 60% of production is carried out using steel Stainless Steel

Our client is a technology and innovation leader in the production of precision components for customers worldwide. Production includes parts with diameters ranging from 2 to 2,000 mm and lengths up to 3,000 mm, as well as cubic components up to 1,800 x 1,500 x 1,000 mm. Materials processed include:

• Carburized and heat-treated steels
• Chromium-nickel steels
• Stainless and acid-resistant steels
• Non-ferrous metals – brass, copper, aluminum

Sought-after competences

• Experience in operating CNC grinders (or CNC machines in general)
• Ability to read technical documentation and drawings
• Knowledge of measuring tools
• Willingness to work shifts (after the induction period)
• Independence, precision, and responsibility
• Communicative knowledge of German
• Category B driving license

We offer

• Contract on German terms
• Long-term employment
• Wage: €14.90 gross/hour + per diem
• Minimum 4 weeks of induction – mainly on day shifts
• Monthly salary: €2,800 net/month
• Vacation and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the schedule and after the trial period.
