Responsibilities

• operating CNC lathes and milling machines
• operating DMG-Mori (Ellefeld) machines
• programming machines from Heidenhain and Siemens
• preparing the work station (familiarizing yourself with technical documentation, preparing tools)

setting parameters and supervising the operation of machine tools

• fixing processed items
• starting, performing machining and stopping machine tools
• operating measuring devices and tools to check the quality of the performed machining
• keeping the workplace, parts and equipment tidy

Wanted competences

• specialized education or experience of at least 5 years as a CNC turner/milling machine operator
• knowledge of the Heidenhein/Siemiens system
• ability to program CNC machines
• knowledge of German – at a communicative level – a necessary condition!
• commitment and willingness to work
• driving license category B and own car – welcome
