Scope of responsibilities

• Downloading programs and setting up CNC lathes with Fanuc control
• Independent production of single parts and short series based on technical drawings
• Performing machining with high accuracy and tight tolerances
• Selection and replacement of cutting tools
• Measuring finished parts using measuring tools
• Controlling dimensions, tolerances, and quality of manufactured components
• Detecting and correcting deviations in the machining process
• Making corrections and optimizing existing CNC programs
• Ensuring the proper technical condition of the machine and a tidy workstation
• Participating in improving production processes and increasing efficiency

Sought-after competences

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC lathe operator or setter
• Practical knowledge of Fanuc control
• Experience in single-unit and small-batch production
• Excellent ability to read technical drawings
• Knowledge of measuring tools and quality control principles
• Ability to independently set up the machine and correct programs
• Accuracy, responsibility, and a commitment to high quality
• Good command of English
• Category B driving license
