Scope of responsibilities

• Operation, setup, and programming of CNC lathes (various controls – primarily Siemens Sinumerik)
• Work on small, medium, and very large components – depending on the location (e.g., from serial screws to components weighing 60 tons)
• Working from technical drawings
• Measurement and quality control
• Minor program corrections
• Machine maintenance and ongoing repairs
• Operation of floor-level overhead cranes (on-site certification available)

Sought-after competences

• Experience as a CNC lathe operator (at least 3 years)

• Ability to work with technical drawings

• Knowledge of using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial gauges)

• Preferred: knowledge of the Siemens Sinumerik 840D control system, experience working with large components, knowledge of operating an overhead crane

• Independence and responsibility

• Communicative knowledge of German

• Category B driving license

• Wage: €14.91 – €16.45 gross/hour + up to €50 per diem/day
• Monthly salary: €1,900 – €3,000 net/month + bonuses
• Holiday and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the schedule and after the trial period.
