Scope of responsibilities

The work consists of  machining large cylinders and pistons used in high-performance hydraulic systems.

The primary duties of the technician included:

• operating, setting up, and preparing 3-5-axis milling centers with Heidenhain or Mazatrol controls,
• clamping large workpieces and preparing the workstation
• selecting tools and cutting parameters
• performing corrections and minor program edits directly on the machine (if necessary)
• quality control of finished parts
• working in accordance with technical documentation and safety standards

Sought-after competences

• Minimum 2-3 years of current experience operating CNC milling machines or milling machines (large dimensions are preferred).

• Ability to operate Heidenhain or Mazatrol controls.

• Ability to read technical drawings.

• Experience in machine setup and tool selection (in some cases, minor program adjustments are made directly on the machine).

• Good command of English.

• Independence, accuracy, and responsibility.
