Responsibilities

• loading (and unloading) prismatic parts into holders on multi-pallet machines and performing machining
• production of various aluminum parts (larger than 1 meter)
• selecting tools needed to produce parts and preparing the machine
• checking finished parts according to plan, removing errors and sending for approval
• responsibility for the quality of finished prismatic parts
• also taking care of preventive maintenance of the machine
• reporting to the team leader in the production department

Wanted competences

• technical education with a mechanical profile

• ability to operate and configure CNC machines (Mandelli Rock brand, control: Siemens)
• several years of experience as a CNC operator/miller
• communicative knowledge of English or Dutch
• ability to read technical drawing
• ability to work with a micrometer
• ability to work independently
• readiness for new techniques and technologies

we offer

• employment on Belgian conditions
• salary: €17 gross/h, €2,086 net/month

• 36 hours a week
• weekly pay
• shift work (morning, afternoon, night) and weekend work
• shift allowances: 12.5% morning/afternoon shift, 45% night shift, 67% weekend work
• food voucher €8 – for each working day
• holiday allowance – gross (15.38% of annual gross earnings)
• annual bonus – (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that you work a minimum of 65 days in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year
