Scope of responsibilities

• Operation, setup, and monitoring of CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, drilling machines)
• Working on machines from renowned brands: Takisawa, Hermle, DMG Mori
• Operation of machines with Siemens and Fanuc controls
• Production and assembly of components such as slewing rings, slewing gears, large-size bearings, and transmission parts
• Machining of workpieces up to 6 meters in diameter
• Working with various materials: C45 steel, 42CrMo steel, GG cast iron, St52-3 steel
• Performing measurements and quality control (dimensional, visual, and positioning inspection)
• Working according to technical drawings and CAD data
• Maintaining machines in good technical condition – daily maintenance and inspections

Sought-after competences

• Professional education in the profession of a locksmith, lathe operator, milling machine operator, or a related field
  or many years of experience operating CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, drilling machines)
• Ability to read technical drawings and work according to documentation
• Experience working on Siemens or Fanuc controlled machines
• Willingness to work with large-sized components
• Overhead crane or crane license preferred (can be obtained through the company)
• Reliability, accuracy, and independence
• Communicative knowledge of German
• Category B driving license
• Own car
