For our Client – a Dutch company specializing in non-slip EVA foam solutions for marine applications, we are looking for people for the position:

 

CNC operator

Place of work:Tegelen-Venlo, Netherlands

Scope of duties

  • read and interpret CAD files to prepare for production
  • load and unload materials on CNC machines
  • inspect quality of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
  • develop and implement machine and tooling maintenance strategies for optimal performance
  • maintain CNC machines to minimize downtime
  • work with the design team to ensure accurate execution of tasks
  • operate laminators to apply pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA) to U-DEK foam as required
  • adjust machine settings such as pressure and temperature for optimal performance
  • trim and inspect finished sheets
  • assist with warehouse operations (operate EPT trolley) 
  • work Monday through Friday, day shift from 07:00 to 15:30

    • Wanted competences

  • documented experience in operating CNC machines and reading CAD files
  • knowledge of PSA application processes will be an additional asset
  • knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment
  • ability to operate forklifts and EPT (certificate preferred or willingness to obtain it)
  • attention to detail and quality of work
  • ability to work in a team and good communication skills
  • proactive attitude, ability to solve problems and a practical approach
