Scope of responsibilities

• Independent programming of CNC milling machines from the machine panel (Heidenhain)
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and models
• Selection and setting of cutting tools
• Entering data into modeling software
• Setting machine parameters according to product specifications
• Quality control during and after machining
• Troubleshooting during the production process
• Maintaining the cleanliness and technical condition of the machine

Sought-after competences

• Experience as a CNC programmer (required)
• Ability to independently program from the machine’s control panel
• Knowledge of the Heidenhain system
• Experience working with large and medium-sized components
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Accuracy and independence
• Willingness to work standing and lift heavy components
• Communicative knowledge of English or Dutch
• Category B driving license
