Job Responsibilities

• preparing mise en place for the cold cuisine section (the restaurant offers both seafood and desserts on the menu)
• preparing and presenting dishes aesthetically during service
• supporting the kitchen team where needed
• compliance with HACCP principles and other quality standards
• maintaining order in the workstation

Required Skills

• at least several years of experience as a chef
• experience working in a professional kitchen and in a position in the cold kitchen section
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be resistant to stress
• good command of English – a prerequisite
• willingness to work in a team and the ability to work independently
• punctuality, reliability, and responsibility
• category B driving license – a prerequisite
• a passion for food and gastronomy and a good knowledge of cold kitchen products – a plus

• gross hourly rate: €17.33 (estimated weekly net salary before accommodation deduction: €490)
• additional Sunday allowance of +€2/hour (approx. €19.33 gross/hour)
• possible overtime work on Sundays (occasionally)
• holiday allowance: 15.38% of annual gross earnings

• annual bonus: 8.33% of annual gross earnings, provided at least 65 days are worked between July of the current year and June of the following year
• possibility of company accommodation: single room: €160/week, shared double room: €130/week
• possibility to purchase additional health insurance: €11/month
