Scope of responsibilities

• Supervision of daily installation work Mainly in the field of mechanics

• Coordinating subcontractors and own employees to implement the project

• Ensuring compliance of work with design documentation, specifications, methodologies, and standards

• Monitoring the quality of workmanship and compliance with QA/QC procedures

• Analysis of technical documentation and identification of design conflicts

• Close cooperation with Project Managers, engineers, and other departments

• Planning material deliveries according to schedule

• Daily site inspections and maintaining order at the workplace

• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in accordance with the company’s system.

• monitoring productivity and reporting progress.

• supporting activities related to system commissioning and handover.

• preparing acceptance and testing documentation.

• managing repair work (snagging) until project completion.

• maintaining positive relationships with the client, consultants, and subcontractors.

Sought-after competences

• Education: Mechanical Engineer or Technician / Environmental Engineering / Sanitary Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising mechanical installations on large construction projects
• Experience in the following sectors: data centers, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, industrial, or commercial facilities
• Very good knowledge of HVAC, chilled water, heating, piping, ventilation ducts, and mechanical installations
• Ability to read technical documentation and specifications
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors simultaneously
• Good knowledge of quality and inspection procedures
• Technical problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Nice Preferred:

• Experience in data center, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or industrial projects
• Experience in the electrical industry
• Experience in international projects
