Construction manager (m/f)
Workplace: Harelbeke, Belgium
Accommodation: organized
- organization and coordination of various services and subcontractors involved on the construction site
- ensuring the timely completion of each project in accordance with contractual obligations and in compliance with legal regulations regarding safety, quality and environmental protection
- personnel management – recording working hours, keeping documentation (inspections, permits, VCA certificate, etc.)
- solving technical problems and, if necessary, managing employees and subcontractors
- ensuring the provision of the necessary equipment (plates, pipes, etc.)
- acting as an intermediary between the client, employees and subcontractors on the project site and collaborators
- maintaining constant contact with the project manager
- reporting progress – both within the company and as well as to customers
- work not only in Belgium, but also abroad (mainly the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France)
- technical education in mechanics/electromechanics/civil engineering
- min. 3 years of professional experience in a similar position (metal industry, construction industry, etc.)
- good knowledge of English
- VCA-Vol certificate or readiness to obtain it
- readiness to work in various locations (also abroad)
- B driving license
- employment on Belgian conditions
- monthly salary 4,000-5,000€ gross
- guaranteed 40 hours a week
- company car + fuel card
- possibility of using accommodation company €95/week (double room)
145€/week (single room)
- possibility to purchase additional health insurance – €9 per month
- food voucher of €8 for each day worked
- holiday allowance – 15.38% of gross annual earnings
- annual bonus – 8.33% of annual gross earnings – provided that you work a minimum of 65 days in the period from July this year to June next
