Scope of duties

• painting works as part of apartment renovation
• independent performance of tasks on the construction site
• conservation of wooden elements
• painting without a paint dam (precise, aesthetic finish)
• sealing edges and joints
• contact with residents – representative behavior and a polite approach

Wanted competences

• 3 years of experience as a painter 
• experience working with wood 
• VCA certificate 
• ability to work without masking tape 
• ability to seal edges 
• presentative appearance and personal culture
• communicative knowledge of Dutch 
• driving license category B
