For our Belgian client – a company dealing in the processing and sale of natural stone, we are looking for candidates for the position:

Place of work: Deinze, Belgium

Accommodation: organized

Job description:

• loading and unloading of natural stone slabs (work with a crane controlled from the working level)
  
• placing a stone slab and securing it in the machine
  
• setting the blades, entering the appropriate parameters, operating and controlling the workflow of the stone cutting machine
  
• setting the saw’s diamond lines depending on the width of the cut needed (e.g. setting the line 3 cm apart)

   

We offer:

• long-term employment under Belgian conditions,
• guaranteed 38.75 hours of work per week (occasionally overtime – paid 150%)
• Work from 07:30-16:00
• hourly rate: €16.19-€16.67 gross/h (€467.16-€478.74 net/week) depending on experience
• food voucher: €6.75 / working day (€1.09 – employee’s own contribution)
• holiday allowance – approx. €4,419 gross per year (15.38% of annual gross earnings)
• annual bonus – approx. €2,485 gross per year (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that a minimum of 65 days has been worked between July of the current year and June of the following year
• possibility to use company accommodation – 95 €/week (double room), 145 €/week (single room)
• help in arranging additional insurance (optional) – 9 €/month
• the date of departure is set individually with the candidate!

Requirements:

• permission to control the crane or min. one year of work experience as a crane operator
  
• good English
  
• willingness to do harder physical work and outdoors
  
• B driving license, own car welcome
