Scope of duties

• operate overhead crane (hook crane with pneumatic grab) to safely and efficiently move heavy materials (steel structures)
• work with team members to ensure smooth movement of materials
• perform routine maintenance tasks
• troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues
• follow all safety regulations and company policies
• keep accurate records of crane operations
• monitor crane performance and report any issues
• read and interpret technical documentation
• assist in loading and unloading materials
• participate in safety training and drills
• keep work area clean and tidy
• work 1st shift 8:00-17:00

Wanted competences

• secondary education
• min. 3 years of experience in operating a crane (certificate)
• good knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• very good knowledge of English or Dutch
• ability to read, interpret technical documents and maintain them accurately
• basic mechanical skills in routine maintenance
• problem-solving skills
• good communication, teamwork and good work organization
• excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• physical endurance and ability to work in various weather conditions
• commitment to safety and quality
