Job Responsibilities

• independently performing lifting operations
• assembling and disassembling the crane
• ensuring the safety of oneself and co-workers
• daily communication with the team regarding tasks/project (crane operators, signalers, supervisor)
• submitting reports to the planning supervisor
• ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Skills

• technical education (higher education will be an additional asset)
• at least three years of experience as a telescopic crane operator (with a lifting capacity of 50–220 tons)
• communicative level of English
• hoisting equipment operation certificate
• category B driving license required (Category C/CE license will be an advantage)
• health and Safety certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• basic knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics
• stress resistance and a strong sense of responsibility
• ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• a passion for large machinery and working outdoors is a plus
