Job Responsibilities

• Performing all typical assembly work
• Using technical knowledge and practical skills in daily tasks
• Assembling engines, electrical boxes, filters, clutches, and tires
• Assembling semi-finished products
• Soldering product parts
• Reading and working based on technical drawings and schematics
• Reporting errors in the production process

Required Skills

• Legal employment through a Dutch employment agency
• Hourly rate: €17.83 gross/hour
• Holiday allowance
• Additional paid vacation (40 days/year)
• Occasional overtime and Saturday work possible
• Possibility of obtaining a permanent contract after one year of employment (decision made by the client company)
• Support from Polish coordinators
• Weekly payment system
• Good accommodation conditions (€135/week). Single room with private bathroom, located within walking distance of the workplace

• Shift allowance: 13.3%
• Work mainly on the day shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM), with readiness to switch to a two-shift system:
  • 06:00 AM – 02:15 PM
  • 02:15 PM – 10:45 PM (Fridays until 08:00 PM – paid until the end of the shift)
