Responsibilities

• participation in many different projects, such as: concrete works, construction of new buildings (walls, roofing, roof systems, roof repairs) and suspended scaffolding
• implementation of projects for private or public clients
• working with technical drawings/plans
• direct contact with the customer
• working at heights
• work from 7.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.

Wanted competences

• technical education
• experience in the assembly of metal and concrete structures (infrastructural works)
• good knowledge of English
• ability to work with technical projects
• teamwork skills
• driving license category B
• Knowledge of operating a crane in roofing and maintenance works, as well as CNC machine services
• welding knowledge welcome
• no contraindications to work at height
• high motivation to perform physical work in various weather conditions

we offer

• employment on Belgian conditions
• rate: €16 – €18 gross/h (helper) and €18 – €22 gross/h (professional),
• salary paid weekly: €455 – €408 net/week (helper) and €508 – €614 net/week (professional),
• guaranteed 40 hours of work per week
• holiday allowance – per year it will amount to approximately €4,921-6,760 gross (15.38% of annual gross earnings)
• annual bonus – per year, it will amount to approximately €2,660 – €3,660 gross (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that you work a minimum of 65 days in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year
• possibility of using company accommodation – €95/week (double room), €145/week (single room)
• food voucher €6 (€1.09 own contribution)
• possibility to purchase additional health insurance – EUR 9 per month.

• mandatory leave of one week at Christmas + one or two weeks in the summer months
