Scope of responsibilities

• substrate preparation (cleaning, filling, sanding, priming)
• flooring installation: laminate, vinyl, PVC, carpet, parquet
• gluing and installing floating floors
• leveling unevenness (filling and leveling work)
• insulation and sealing work
• work based on technical drawings and assembly plans
• operating power tools and hand tools
• transportation, loading, and unloading of materials and tools
• assistance with drywall construction (installing profiles, installing boards, filling)
• brief communication with the client and explanation of the work performed
• documentation of the work performed
• Reporting faults, material shortages, and damage
• One-shift operation 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Sought-after competences

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a floor layer
• Willingness to occasionally assist with carpentry work (no carpentry experience required)
• Communicative knowledge of German
• Category B driving license and own car required
• Daily meetings on-site before leaving for construction sites
• Willingness to work in the field (construction sites up to 100 km away)

  • €15.34 gross/hour – starting immediately
  • €15.75 gross/hour – starting September 1, 2026
  • €16.30 gross/h – from April 1, 2027
• Net salary approx. €3,000 (excluding bonuses and overtime, based on 168 hours, tax class 1)
