Job Responsibilities

• operating a forklift for material handling
• operating and adjusting the packaging machine depending on the type of plastic being packed
• performing quality checks on products
• independently detecting and resolving minor technical issues
• occasionally manually handling damaged bags (up to 25 kg)
• working in a 3-shift system – 7 days on, 2 days off (weekends off are rare)

Required Skills

• several years of experience operating a forklift (required)
• forklift certification is a plus
• willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• technical aptitude (interest in DIY and repairs)
• accuracy and responsibility
• attention to detail
• willingness and readiness to work rotating shifts (day, evening, night, and weekend shifts)
• good physical condition (able to handle bags up to 25 kg)
• good command of English
• category B driving license
• own car is a plus

• employment contract under Belgian conditions
• regular weekly hours: 40 hours/week
• gross wage: €18.87 per hour (paid weekly)
• estimated net salary: €3000 – €3300 per month
• meal vouchers: €7.75 per worked day
• option to purchase health insurance (approx. €9/month)
• option to use company accommodation: €102/week (double room), €154/week (single room)
• holiday allowance – approximately 15.38% of annual gross salary based on worked year (approx. €5,530 gross)
• annual bonus – 8.33% of annual gross salary (subject to working at least 65 days from July of the current year to June of the following year), approx. €2,998
