Scope of responsibilities

• Preparing menu dishes
• Working in various kitchen areas and supporting the Chef de Partie
• Maintaining HACCP standards
• Ensuring the aesthetics and quality of served dishes
• Controlling product freshness and rotation
• Supporting new menu items or seasonal dishes

Sought-after competences

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef
• Good command of English
• Catering education or equivalent qualifications
• Guest-oriented and committed to high quality standards
• Willingness for long-term cooperation (12+ months)

• Salary: €452.27 net/week (after expenses and accommodation)
