Job Responsibilities

• preparation, operation, and cleaning of the machines
• supporting quality control processes
• identifying and repairing minor malfunctions
• ensuring a safe and efficient production process
• working closely with a team of experienced operators

Required Skills

• interest in technology and willingness to learn
• motivation and a hands-on, practical approach to work
• accuracy and attention to detail in performing assigned tasks
• good command of English (knowledge of Romanian or Polish will be an asset)
• willingness and readiness to actively learn Dutch
•  flexibility to work in a 2-shift system from Monday to Saturday (Saturdays by arrangement)

morning shift – 06:00 – 14:30

afternoon shift – 14:30 – 22:30

•  previous experience in a similar position or in the food industry will be an advantage
•  readiness to work in cold conditions

  first month: €15.96 gross/hour + 15% shift allowance + 3.4% production bonus = approx. €18.52 gross/hour
  after 1 month: €16.20 gross/hour + 15% shift allowance + 3.4% production bonus
  after 6 months: €16.51 gross/hour + 15% shift allowance + 3.4% production bonus
  after 1 year: €16.83 gross/hour + 15% shift allowance + 3.4% production bonus
  after 1.5 years: €17.31 gross/hour + 15% shift allowance + 3.4% production bonus
