• supporting quality control
• recognizing and repairing minor faults
• ensuring the safe and efficient production process
• collaborating with a team of experienced operators

Sought-after competences

• interest in technology and willingness to learn
• motivation and practical approach to work
• accuracy in performing assigned tasks
• good knowledge of English (knowledge of Romanian or Polish will be an additional asset)
• willingness and willingness to intensively learn Dutch
• willingness to work a two-shift system from Monday to Saturday (Saturdays by arrangement)

morning shift06:00 – 14:30

Afternoon shift – 14:30 – 22:30

• Experience in a similar position or in the food industry
• Willingness to work in cold conditions

We offer

• Employment under Dutch conditions
• Attractive salary:
  For the first month: €15.96 gross/h + 15% shift allowance + 3.4% production bonus =approx. €18.52 gross/h
  After one month of work:
  €16.20 gross/h + 15% shift allowance + 3.4% production bonus
  After 6 months of work:
  €16.51 gross/h + 15% shift allowance + 3.4% production bonus
  After one year of work:
  €16.83 gross/h + shift allowance 15% + 3.4% production bonus
  After 1.5 years of service: €17.31 gross/hour + 15% shift bonus + 3.4% production bonus
