Responsibilities

• work as a chef’s assistant
• team work (wholesale production of up to 70,000 meals a day)
• selection of appropriate products
• help during cooking, frying, blanching, baking, steaming
• food quality control
• work on a permanent day shift

Wanted competences

• vocational education (gastronomy) preferred
• experience working as a kitchen help
• communicative knowledge of English
• knowledge of French or Dutch desirable
• no contraindications to work in the food industry
• B category driving license

we offer

• long-term employment on Belgian conditions
• guaranteed 39 hours of work per week
• rate:  €14.10-14.80 gross/h
• salary paid weekly €380-400 net 
• possible overtime paid 150% (over 45 hours/week or 9 hours/day)
• holiday allowance  15.38% of annual gross earnings
• annual bonus of 8.33% of annual gross earnings – provided that you work a minimum of 65 days in the period from July this year to June next
• 6 additional days of leave
• possibility of using company accommodation – €95/week (double room), €140/week (single room)
• possibility to purchase additional health insurance – €8.33 per month
