• Preparing and presenting menu items
• Managing a small team
• Maintaining high culinary standards and consistency of food quality
  li>Working with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
  li>Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  li>Managing stock and liaising with suppliers as required

Wanted competences

• vocational education
• experience in a similar position as a chef/restaurant manager/chef de partie
• good knowledge of English
• ability to work in a fast-changing environment while maintaining attention to detail
• good communication and teamwork
• flexibility in terms of working in different shifts, including evenings and weekends
• driving license category B
