Scope of responsibilities

• operating and setting up laser cladding machines
• interpreting technical drawings and process parameters
• preparing semi-finished products and hydraulic components for machining
• managing the laser cladding process of large hydraulic components
• quality control of manufactured components
• collaborating with the production team and technical department
• ensuring occupational safety and quality standards

Sought-after competences

• Experience in a similar position (laser cladding/metalworking/thermal processes)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Ability to set process parameters
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Good physical condition and precision
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Category B driving license
