For our client – an industrial goods distribution center – we are looking for candidates for the position:
Logistics and Administration Employee
Location: Antwerp, Belgium

Scope of responsibilities
- handling documentation related to the receipt and shipment of goods
-
communicating with drivers, warehouse workers, and the operations department
-
assigning gates and managing meetings with drivers in the system
-
creating and updating data in the warehouse system
-
monitoring returns and preparing appropriate documents
-
handling customer and supplier inquiries (by phone and email)

checking the accuracy of transport documents (e.g., CMRs, waybills)
-
printing loading lists and confirming documents transport
-
scanning and archiving administrative documents
- work in two shifts: 5:45 AM – 1:45 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sought-after competences
- Experience in an administrative position in logistics and knowledge of warehouse processes

Accuracy, reliability, and attention to administrative accuracy

We offer
- Employment under Belgian conditions
- Guaranteed 38 hours of work per week
- Overtime work possible – paid at 150%
- Salary: €2,748 gross/month
- Shift allowance +7.5%
- Holiday allowance – 15.38% of gross annual earnings
- Annual bonus – 8.33% of gross annual earnings – provided you work at least 65 days between July of the current year and June of the following year.
