Responsibilities

• work as a machine operator on one of two production lines (recipe preparation and filling)

• preparing the production line for launch, starting the line, managing and planning the line’s operation in accordance with the adopted methods and maintaining quality standards
• selecting appropriate programs and setting appropriate parameters
• strict compliance with occupational health and safety rules at work: smoking, wearing jewelry and makeup are strictly prohibited on the premises of the plant
• quality control of finished products
• maintenance and repair work in the event of machine failure
• operating a packaging machine
• if necessary – work with a stacker
• permanent afternoon shift work (14:30-23:00) after the implementation period (1-3 months)

Wanted competences

• good knowledge of English

• experience in working on a production line in the food industry
• strict compliance with occupational health and safety rules at work: smoking, wearing jewelry, makeup, artificial nails, etc. are strictly prohibited on the premises of the plant
• taking care of order in the workplace
• attention to detail
• readiness for physical work
• category B driving license (own car is welcome)

• guaranteed 39 hours of work per week
• rate: €17.76 gross/h; i.e. €455 net/week
• shift allowance – afternoon shift +0.69€ gross/h, i.e. 18.45€ gross/h, i.e. 475€ net/week
• food voucher: after obtaining a permanent contract from the employer
• holiday allowance – per year approx. €5,463 gross (15.38% of annual gross earnings)
• annual bonus – per year of work, approx. €2,959 gross (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that you work a minimum of 65 days in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year
• possibility to switch to a permanent contract with the company (after one year of work)
