Scope of duties

• assembly of individual parts, subassemblies and components for aircraft
• work using tools, assembly devices and equipment
• making connections typical for the aviation industry
• work according to plans, technical drawings and procedures
• removing faults and reporting problems to the foreman
• constant quality control of the work performed
• work according to the control plan and assembly checklist
• documenting measurement and control results
• detection and removal of assembly errors (e.g. replacement of parts, corrections)
• planning, conducting and documenting tests and functional checks

• work in a 3-shift system (Monday–Friday): 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00

Wanted competences

• experience as a mechanic, preferably in the aviation industry or precision assembly
• people with experience in metal structures or industrial assembly are welcome
• ability to work with technical drawings
• accuracy, manual skills and independence
• willingness to work in a three-shift system
• min. basic knowledge of German/English

We offer

• attractive salary:
  without experience:

  •  from €2,800 net (first 8 weeks)

  • up to €3,200 net (after 12 months)
    with experience:

  •  from €3,300 net (from start)

  •  up to €3,500 net (after 12 months)

• fixed daily allowances €28 per diem
• holiday and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the tariff and after the trial period
  • in the first year  €230 gross
  • in the second year €320 gross
  • in the following years €420 gross

• possibility to work on Saturdays (to be agreed)

• bonuses:

  • 25 EUR after 3 months of work

  • 200 EUR for recommending a new employee
