Responsibilities

• performing Smart repairs in accordance with applicable techniques and quality standards
• spot repairs
• multispot
• rim repairs
• bumper repair
• interior repairs  (plastic, leather, fabric)
• compliance with repair standards
• one shift work (8:30-17:00)

Wanted competences

• several years of experience working in a similar position
• good knowledge of English
• precision and accuracy, attention to detail
• focus on customer satisfaction
• ability to work in a team
• driving license category B 

we offer

• employment on Belgian conditions
• guaranteed 40 hours of work per week
• rate: €16.27 – €19 gross/h (depending on experience)
• salary paid weekly – €430-550 net
• holiday allowance – per year approx. €5,000 – €5,840 gross (15.38% of annual gross earnings)
• annual bonus – per year of work approx. 2,700 – 3,150 € gross (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that you work a minimum of 65 days in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year
• possibility of using company accommodation – €95/week (double room), €145/week (single room)
• possibility to purchase additional health insurance – EUR 9 per month
