Job Responsibilities

• picking customer orders using a WMS system
• scanning, labelling, arranging and preparing goods for shipment
• loading and unloading goods
• checking product quantities and reporting discrepancies
• maintaining cleanliness and following safety and HACCP regulations
• working as part of a team to achieve daily targets
• working in a chilled environment (0–4°C) and periodically in a freezer (-20°C) – protective clothing provided
• the first 2 weeks of training are conducted on day shifts, followed by night-shift work

Required Skills

• several years of experience as an Order Picker, preferably with scanner operation
• communicative knowledge of English
• good physical fitness (products weighing up to 25 kg)
• willingness to work in chilled and freezer environments
• category B driving licence – mandatory requirement (no public transport available)
• knowledge of WMS systems
• willingness to work night shifts

• shift allowances:
  • €0.34/hour (15:30–20:00)
  • €1.25/hour (20:00–22:00)
  • €5.16/hour (after 22:00)
• cold-store allowance: €0.86/hour
• fixed night shift from 16:30 to 00:00 (Sunday to Thursday)
• overtime paid at 150%
• 39 hours per week
• meal vouchers: €9/day (€1.09 employee contribution/tax)
• possibility of using a company car with a fuel card (subject to availability) – for commuting to and from work only
• health insurance: €11/month
• accommodation: €130/week (double rooms)
