Order picker/Warehouse worker

fixed night shift €16.60/h

Workplace: Sint Niklaas, Belgium

Starting: January 2023

Accommodation: guaranteed

Job description:

• picking orders using the voice-speaking method (after training) of goods in accordance with the order and preparing ready pallets for shipment
• manual unloading of goods, checking the quality and correctness of the delivered goods
• sorting and mixing of goods in the warehouse

We offer:

• long-term employment under Belgian conditions
• salary: €13.28 gross/h (€420 – €460 net/week – depending on what change)
• shift allowance: +12% for early morning and afternoon work (€14.87 gross/h), +25% for permanent night work (€16.60 gross/h)
• holiday allowance – 15.38% of gross annual earnings (approx. €3,980)
• annual bonus – 8.33% of annual gross earnings (approx. € 2,150) – provided that you have worked a minimum of 65 days between July of the current year and June of the following year
• food voucher: €8/day at work
• guaranteed 39 hours of work per week. Possible overtime work – paid 150%
• company accommodation available: double room €95/week
• possibility to purchase additional health insurance – EUR 8.75 per month

Requirements:

• experience as a warehouse worker and/or order picker is welcome (not required)
• permanent night shift
• knowledge of English on a communicative level
• ready to work a permanent night shift
• accuracy and conscientiousness
• driving license not required – possession will be an advantage
