Scope of responsibilities

• picking and completing goods using an EPT electric trolley
• working with a modern headset system (voice picking)
• order picking at room temperature (dry goods department)
• work in a 3-shift system (morning: 6:00/8:00 – 13:00/16:00; afternoon: 13:00/16:00 – 20:00/22:00; night: 20:00/22:00 – 4:00/6:00)
• compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations
• active participation in a week-long training course implementation 

Sought-after competences

• Experience in a similar position (preferred, but not required) 
• Basic knowledge of German 
• Category B driving license and own car for travel 
• Willingness to work Monday through Sunday in a 3-shift system 
• Responsibility, reliability, and a commitment to safety while driving a forklift

• Night work allowances (+25%) =  €19.61 gross/h and on Sundays (+50%) = €23.54 gross/h

• Estimated net salary (based on 151 hours worked): approx. €1,700 – €1,850/month (calculated after deducting accommodation costs and including fuel allowance, excluding shift allowances)
• Full, one-week on-the-job training
