Job description:

• work in warehouses and production halls with low temperatures (0-4 degrees)
• order picking using a scanner, product weight up to 15 kg
• picking semi-finished products for the production department
• operating a stacker
• packing products into boxes
• placing finished packaged products on pallets, labeling, wrapping in foil
• delivering finished orders to the shipping department

• rate:€16.99 gross/h (salary paid weekly), weekly net wages: morning:  €512 net/week for the first shift.
• shift allowances (morning: €0.61/h, afternoon: €0.69/h)
• holiday allowance – over the year worked will amount to approx. €4,200 gross (15.38% of annual gross earnings)
• annual bonus – over the year worked will amount to approx. €2,200 gross (8.33% of annual gross earnings) – provided that you work at least 65 days in the period from July of the current year to June of the following year
• guaranteed 38 hours of work per week
• assistance in completing formalities related to departure
• care of a Polish coordinator
• possibility of using company accommodation – €99/week (room 2 person), €149 / week (single room)
• option to purchase additional health insurance – €8.33 per month
• rental of means of transport: bicycle, electric scooter, scooter – cost on the employee’s side

Requirements:

• experience in working as an order picker, preferably in the food industry, in cold stores
• good knowledge of English
• experience in operating a stacker – a necessary condition
• stapelaar certificate required (to be obtained in Belgium before starting work, for a fee of €75 payable in 3 installments. The employer covers half of the costs)
• counting skills and perceptiveness
• readiness to work in a two-shift system, in constant motion and at a faster pace,  in various production departments, at low temperatures prevailing on the premises
• ease of working in a team
• due to contact with fresh product, it is necessary to comply with hygiene/sanitary requirements (no gel nails or unnecessary jewelry)
