Scope of duties

• optimizing processes and improving machine operation in the production plant
• finding and diagnosing faults in existing automatic installations
• creating new and optimizing existing PLC programs (Siemens S7, TIA-Portal, Simatic Manager, Safety-SPS)
• creating and implementing anlagenspezifischer (adapted to the system) SPS-Software
• programming and commissioning industrial robots (ABB S4Cplus, IRC5)
• working on implementing new production lines and gripping systems
• independent project management and solving technical problems
• working in accordance with health and safety regulations and quality standards

Wanted competences

• higher education in automation, electrical engineering or related fields
• experience in SPS programming (Siemens S7, TIA-Portal, Simatic Manager, Safety-SPS)
• knowledge of industrial automation and production process control
• experience in working with ABB robots is welcome
• basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• willingness to work shifts and travel to implement systems
• German language minimum B1-C2
• knowledge of English is welcome
• driving license category B
