• several years of experience working as a powder painter
• knowledge of powder coating technology and materials used
• communicative knowledge of German – a necessary condition!
• accuracy, reliability and ability to work in a team
• good work organization and independence
• knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
• category B driving license
